All types of content are allowed on BigShare.io without restriction. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Movies
• User-generated content

You may upload any video content on BigShare.io. We do not limit or moderate content types.

3. DMCA Policy

BigShare.io operates as a DMCA-bulletproof platform and does not process or respond to DMCA takedown requests. Users are solely responsible for the content they upload, share, and monetize.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content uploaded under your account
• You must ensure your account activity is legitimate
• You agree not to abuse the platform or its monetization systems

5. Upload Rules

• Maximum upload file size: 20GB
• All videos must be longer than 1 minute to be monetized
• Rules apply to all uploaded videos

6. Monetization & Earnings

• Users can earn money daily from advertisements
• Profit rates are calculated per 10,000 views according to the rate table
• Only real users and real traffic are rewarded
• Bots, automated views, or artificial traffic will be blocked
• All views are counted up to 4 views per IP within 24 hours

7. Payments & Payouts

• Minimum payout amount is $10
• Payout requests are processed within 24 hours
• Fraudulent activity may result in forfeited earnings

8. Availability & Performance

We aim to provide reliable service, high-speed streaming, and unlimited download speeds.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or manipulation of views or earnings.

10. Disclaimer

BigShare.io is provided “as is” with warranties for all video uploaders.

11. Limitation of Liability

BigShare.io shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of the platform or uploaded content.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service annually. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
